EP - No group

When I go to sharepoint modify web parts - Card Web Part for Navision it gives me the error: The user <user> has no group.

I have added the <user> to a group in Navision and also the administrators group of the sharepoint site.

What am I doing wrong?

I solved it by restarting database server + application server.. strange how things work out sometimes \:D/

Happened to me occasionally and couldn't work out why - so I deleted the part and add the part back again ........

I have solved this problem a little bit not correctly, but have worked:
Has created user EP without a login and has given it all groups
