Way to update NAV to sp1

Hello all!!!
I had a problem with permission to Object table when I was using Navision 4.0. I decide to update my system to NAV SP1, because I thought it will fix my problem. Maybe I do something wrong, but this error stiil occur.
Who can tell me the proper way to update my system to SP1. Microsoft did not give any manual! I need your help!
