Installation error in Business Notification Server

I tried to install Business Notification With prerequist (Microsoft SQL Server Notification Services SP1, SQLXML 3.0 SP2).While installing it gives two error
1. Value cannot be null . Parameter has no values
2. Creation of NSInstallPath Registry Valied
I would really appreciate, if any one help me to overcome.
Urgent.
