Error in Business Analitics configurator

When I Start Business Analytics configurator after setup of cubes and update of XML packages, after some seconds I get message:
Business Analytics for Microsoft Business Solutions-Navision 4.0
Library not registrated.
Did anyone can help - what settings or installation is missing ?

Reason was - I install SP3a for SQL server 2000 and SQL Server 2000 Analysis Services.
