Problem with Interaction Log Entries

Hi ya all!

May someone can help me, because I really have tried a lot and did not come any closer to a solution.

We are tring to implement Navision-CRM with interaction log entries. With my colleagues it works pretty good, but from my computer, I just get error-messages concerning Word (I think).

Following happens if I try to create a new interaction log entry with an attachement involved, which has some database-fields like contact name, adress and so on.


I create a new entry, choose the right template with an attachement and afterwards I click next (the MS Word 2003 will be started) I get the following message:
"This message is for C/AL programmers:
Could not invoke the member MailMerge. The OLE control or Automation server returned an unknown error code."

While this error has popped up, Word has started, but has not filled in the values to the database-fields of the template-attachement.
When I close Word and want Navision to ask me, whether I like to import the document in the database, at my computer it just stands still and does nothing until I close the "create interaction entry"-window by myself.

I would be really pleased to get some help or maybe just tell me your experience with the module and the problems I have to expect if I plan to roll it out in the whole company.
