When I click on the mail icon beside the email address (e.g in the customer card) I get a generic error message. I can not open the mail client.
This problems appears only on
- Navision 4.0
- Windows 2000 Professional SP4
- with Office 2000 SP3
Any advice?

2) Try to reregister the OLAddin.dll and OLHandler.dll with regsvr32... (you can try reregister others dll too)
