OCX shows no Methods/Properties at F5 and can't be loaded

HI there,
i am very unknown on VB oder C++, but i have to translate something to a coder, i hope you might help me by the definition.
I've got a OCX (Auidogenie) in Version 1.5. I can integrate this OCX perfectly in NAvision Financials (3.70), can choose the methods and properties via F5.
Now i want to use the version 2.0.
I can choose this ocx for my OCX-Variable, but:
-i can't see any of the methods/properties
i can't compile the object, Navision erorrs the choosen Type Libary couldn't be loaded (german: Die gewählte Typenbibliothek konnte nicht geladen werden). Because i'Ve got a error like this sometimes ago, i know there is something to be configuratet at the Compiler (C++), but i can't remember what.
Has someone of you a tip for changing the C++?
(the Audiogenie is possible to use in e.g. Excel, both versions w/o any difference, the difference is only in Navision visible).
