outlook can not be used by navision

Earlier I reported that we get an abort when we use the email button in contact on page 2 of make interaction. Now I have noticed that when we use print type email nothing is send. So the only way to send email is make the document and send from outlook.

We reregsitered 2 dll 's . reinstalled client.
We use exchange server on terminal server windows 2003.

I have no clue.

I did not know there is a club like that, bothering with questions some ....nerds may have. How to get my message across?

You have to make the setup "emails" (insteraction template setup).
