I try to open these reports:
- Vendor item catalog
- Vendor\item purchases
- Inventory - Vendor purchases
- Inventory list
and I am unable .
I got following messages :"Report 320 does not exist" ; " Report 313"; "Report 714" ; "Report 710" does not exist"
I have a dev license so what could be the problem?? If those reports are not there so what is the purpose to have those reports listed below purchase reports?
Thanks

These reports are all part of standard Navision Installations. If these are missing ( check it in the object designer) all fobs need to be checked.
I/m using Nav4 and if I check on the object designer , those reports are not there so what I need to do to have those std repoorts????
Thanks
Maybe there is a standard database already installed locally, this depends on the installation setting. Look for a database.fdb in the client program directory, if it is not to be found you need the installation CD.
First export all objects ( fob file)from your live database as a backup.
In the client directory
Client\Program Files\Microsoft Business Solutions-Navision\Client
of the installation CD there is a standard database.
Copy this standard database onto your disk ( you may need to remove the read-only property), export all objects as fob files and try to import them into your live database.
If there is customization, the import worksheet will appear. Look for all fobs where the option is "Create". These are all missing. You can filter on the "Create" property, press CTRL+A and CTRL+F1 and then select "View/Marked only" to import only these without overwriting the already existing fobs.
