Difference in 2.50 Upgrade

Hi all,
I am upgrading 2.50J TO NAV4.00 .While the upgrade toolit i got has only option of upgarding from 2.60 to 4.00 and not from 2.50 to 4.00.
Can anyone suggest me what need to be done and whats the diff between 2.50 and 2.60
