Repair orders in Navision

Hi Guys!

How can I manage repair orders in Nav4? ( I dont have service management).

I want to be able to track an item ( that belong to a customer ) and is sent outside for subcontracting work ( we are not track the subcontracting work now and we dont want to )or a tool which is back from calibration.

Ps: We dont use Service management nor production management ( cf subcontracting)

That is what Service management was designed to do. I would consider looking into the possibility of purchasing this granule.
