Hi peoples! Can somebody please give me a hint on what is the best way to do mass renumbering. I have a huge list of objects in the 50000-59999 series that has to be renumbered to the 2000000 series.
I made a spreadsheet in excel of all the objects that has to be renumbered. But I don't know how that will help me :-(

Correct, I already used it a lot. It makes renumbering very fast.
Even if it has a bug in it: I explain.
When importing the textfile with the new ID's, it can happen that there is an error. No problem. Open the textfile with an editor, go to the line that generated the error.
The error will be in the header of a function where the name of the function and all it's parameters are. If you have so many parameters that Navision can't put it anymore on 1 line, he puts it on 2 or more lines and the import flips on it. So just put the second or more lines after the first on, Save, and re-import.
