Servicepack 1 for Navision 4.0 questions

My company is a multinational computer hardware distributor with branch offices in 3 countries (Netherlands, Germany and Belgium) We are currently implementing Navision 4.0 and have 130 concurrent users (35 through Terminal Services)
The question is about the performance of the Servicepack 1 functionallity "single article stock regulation"
Rather then regulating the entire stock once a day this can be done for each article at the moment it is booked. My MBSP can't tell me how many tables will be locked and for how long.
I need all the help i can get.
