Navision v3.01A manual for Warehouse Management obsolete?

Hi
I'm new to Navision WMS and trying to understand the functionality provided by it. My Navision version is 3.70. The only documentation I have is the training manual for Distribution for Navision Attain, v3.01.A. This manual has a section on Warehouse Management however there are differences in the screenshots it shows compared to actual screens in Navision 3.70. e.g. in the manual the Location Card, Warehouse Tab has a lot less setup options that available in v3.70, also the Location Card in v3.70 has bin and bin policy tabs that are not in the v3.01A screenshots.
Can anyone tell me if warehouse management within v3.01A was a lot more basic than that within 3.70 and how obsolete the manual I am using is?
