Wanted to give you more info/details yesterday but did not have them at the time.
El libro es: "C/Side: Application Designer's Guide", para Navision Software s/a, our version is 1996 (do not know if later versions exist)
ISBN 87-7849-063-4
The Navision Installation CD has a PDF version of the book.
It does give a fairly good overview of how Navision/database is structured.
Well I guess I wasn't much help.
As I said, C/AL is suppose to be a version of Pascal.
There are tons of Pascal books out there.
The trickiest part is working with the structure of the forms, reports, tables, and I have not found any books.
I learned through a great deal of trial and error.
And of course the forums.

If later, all of it is manual, start typing
If you need the book, it is not very good, but you should be able to get it thru Navision reseller or Navision (microsoft).
If you are looking for the one other than the Navision produced one, please let me know if you find one.
I was told C/AL is a version of Pascal, but given all the add ons related to database/tables/reports etc. not sure a Pascal book would help.
