Commerce Gateway, Navision 4.0 and BizTalk 2000

My customer is upgrading Navision from 2.65 to 4.0. They currently use BizTalk 2000 and thought it would be easier to continue to use BizTalk 2000 instead of upgrading. We'll upgrade their BizTalk in another phase.
In the mean time, we have everything installed and are able to create an organization and even the trading partner from Navision. What we can't do is update the agreements because the channel will not allow us to access the Advanced Properties where we need to assign the Navision company.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
