upgrading 2.01 with Manufacturing to 4.00 sp1

Hello.
I've been trying to find an intermediate version to upgrade 2.01 with Manufacturing. The earliest upgrade toolkit I've found is 3.10.A, but this from the upgrade toolkit

If you have a Financials installation before version 2.00, or a Manufacturing installation before version 2.60, you must use previously release Upgrade Toolkits to upgrade these installations to 2.00 and 2.60 respectively before you can use this Upgrade Toolkit.

The problem is that there aren't any previous upgradetoolkit versions of Navision available on partner source.

Anybody have the upgrade toolkit earlier versions? Thank you.
My last option is manual upgrade for the manufacturing

Sorry, but I have only Czech upgrade toolkit. But if you have install cd for the Navision Manufacturing, there is folder on the disc with the upgradetoolkit... or doesn't?
