Anybody know when this will be available?

On the partnersource, I find several versions, but no Belgian version:

Worldwide Version - Disks or Upgrade toolkit Australia and New Zealand Version - Disks or Upgrade toolkit French Version - Disks or Upgrade toolkit Danish Version - Disks or Upgrade toolkit German Version - Disks or Upgrade toolkit Netherland Version - Disks or Upgrade toolkit U.K Version - Disks or Upgrade toolkit U.S and Canada E-Release Version - Disks, Upgrade Toolkit, or Service Pack 1 Only

I can't find anywhere when it'll be available.
