Outlook Integration

I'm trying to integrate my Navision with Outlook. The tasks already are integrated but I want to integrate task with all user of BD. I activate two vendors which they have an userid asociated. I want that If I create a task what it asociates to an specific userid who he is diferent to me, Navision must create a task into Outlook of this userid.

How mut I do?

Could you be more specific on what you are trying to do?

What does a vendor and outlook synchronisation have to do with each other? Has there been any customisation?

Hello!!!
I have 2 Navision users. Each one is asociated to one vendor because, this is the unic form to synchronice outllok. Each vendor allows integration with outlook. Therefore, Each user setups his folders of Outlook. I need that, A task that it is activated by an user but the responsible user is another user, It mus be created in responsible user Outlook.

I think you mean Salesperson/Purchaser with "Vendor" :shock:

If you want to synchronise more than one user at once you need to have a outlook client with all mailboxes/agenda/tasks.

In outlook you can add the mailbox/agenda/tasks of your collegue via the exchange option.

Then, if you make a small change in the "Outlook Application Management" codeunit, it should work. 8)
