Reports going Portrait

Hi,
I have reports that I've definitely set to default as Landscape in the report properties, but for some reasoon, they end up showing up as portrait on some people's computer. The user has to go into the printer properties and select Landscape to get it to print right.
We are running a Samba server.
Has anybody seen this issues and know of a fix? Thanks,
Chris

Sometime, windows drivers are not accepting settings from Navision and they are using own default settings... but why or when, I do not know...0
