Shortcut Dimensions

Hi to all

First of all I am new to this subject which is Navision to be more specific Navision shortcut dimensions. I was wondering if theres anyone who can assist me. I've already created shortcut dimensions and I want the trial balance to filter those shortcut dimensions, does anyone know how this is done?

You need to create an annalysis view, where you can set your dimensions, then on your trial balance assign this annalysis view. After which you can select those shortcut dimensions for filters or calculation

How can i assign the annalysis view to the trial balance ??????

In Account Schedule Names table there is a field called Analysis View Name. Select the Analysis View. What version are you in?
