Navision ELSTER - Error 200

Hi,

we have some Customer that use Navision ELSTER. Work's fine, but we have a big Problem at one Customer. If he send the ELSTER-Data, he get's an Error 200 ("Die Antwort von der OFD konnte nicht gelesen werden.")

Documentation says:

Fehlercode 2000: Die Antwort von der OFD konnte nicht gelesen werden.
Entweder wurde die Verbindung abgebrochen, oder die Daten
wurden nicht korrekt formatiert.
Mögliche Ursachen:
- langsame Internetverbindung (ISDN, Einwahlverbindungen,
analoges Modem)
- Timeout auf Seiten der Behörden, wenn 20 Sekunden lang kein
Datenverkehr auf der bereits offenen Leitung festgestellt wird.
- Firewall / Proxy-Einstellungen (die Elster-Server sind auch für
die Rückmeldungen frei zuschalten)
..

We have shut down the Firewall, connected the Client direct to the Internet via only one Router - but without any success.

What have I to do? I have no more Ideas to solve this Issue. ElsterFormular runs perfectly on the Client.

Anybody know this Problem? The Problem exists since September.

If not - What was the solution?

If is - Is there anything that modify the data stream that comes back from the Tax Office?

Tax offices says, there are no Data recieved. Seem's that ISA blocked all

Maybe you got an update in September? Any servicepacks for windows or any other server?! Do you remember anything?
