Hi, I'm very new to Axapta and would like to take a look at it's development enviroment. I have it installed and submitted a request on partnersource re:some kind of evaluation license. However, it's been over a week and I'm still waiting for it.

Does anyone know of a better channel to take to obtain such a license?

    Hi

    I belive you need a developer license to view the environment, you need to get it through your local MBS establishment rather than going through partner source. May be you can directlly talk to them.

    Welcome to Axapta world :)

    From your message it looks like you are already a partner.

    Assuming that - the problem that you had mentioned is not something new. Usually partners are given a license valid for 6 months (I think!) straight away. But offlate I have come across quite a few instances where even partners find it difficult to get license.

    Any way if you haven't already done so, please try to get in touch with your point of contact.

    Alternatively in partnersource under resources there must be a new service request form which you can use to request license.
