Email to Lotus Notes in 4.0

After upgrading to Navision 4.0, the process to email appears to have changed alittle, or it was already set up. Our client is using Lotus Notes inhouse, not Outlook and would like to be able to email from Vendor/Customer cards, etc and launch Lotus Notes. It looks like it is related to the variable OApplication that is created in CU 397 (Mail). It is grabbing NS Outlook Synchronization Handler, currently. How and where do I change this to go to Lotus Notes?
