Automation - Sheet switch in Excel

Hello ,

I can not find the excel object/property switching to another sheet.
Example the Sheet1 is active but I need to switch to Sheet2.

Something like this should do the trick:

Worksheet := Sheets.Item('My Sheet');
Worksheet.Activate;
