I know how create users, how to put passwords, how to give them permissions...
The user you buy he accedes to the Menu of Buys (and only to this).
The user sales accedes to the Menu of Sales and Marketing (and only to this).
Everything it already I can do it ...
what I look is to do it of automatic form ... id est, that when he is going to install the program to a client should not have to make it manually and go giving him privileges of manual form ... I want some kind of process that automates this process.
I do not know if he has very much felt what I am saying ... or if already it will be some thing seemed that already does this.

I don't know any automated solution but you could use some of the:

to make the user administration easier.
In other case you could make a wizard form to select the user and at the finish to apply the roles you select and the menu id to them.
