Hi csimoneaux,
I think the question that u got is wrong  ...the correct question is :
Which Option allows access to Navision data though ODBC?
a) Navision Server Option
b) SQL Server Option
c) Navision and SQL Server options
d) Visual Basic
And the ans. for this is C)

All is OK, but I do not know, what the MS want to hear... ;-)
You can use VB if you will use C/FRONT or C/ODBC or MS ODBC
You can use MS SQL if you will use C/ODBC or you have the DB on this MS SQL
etc....
