SOS---accidently convert ver3.70 to ver4.--WHAT TO DO?!

I accidently open a database which was a ver 3.70 , in version 4!!!
and it was converted to ver4!

I cannot open it any more in ver3......

is there any way we can convert it back to 3.70....!!!!

I do have backup (SQL) of this morning... and also the transaction Log Files in the SQL until the moment.. the database was converted....

any help is welcome...

Going with the TL is probably the most complete up to date option, if you know exactly at what time this happened. I don't know how to restore up to a certain time though, and I don't know if this would also fix the version problem.

If you want to get it right the first time though, you should probably re-create the database with this morning's Navision backup and do a full restore into a new database.
