Some sales order lost from Database!!!!

Hi,

I am very surprised!!! why some sales order can disappear from Navision SQL database server. Last week, user key SO about 40 documents, but end of week, I review all SO and found some sales order around 20 documents are missing.

I think user can not delete because sales order line has item tracking and it 's very difficult to delete.

If delete by SQL, no SQL expert in this company and don't know related tables of Navision.

Anyone have suggestion!!!!
Please...

    were they shipped and invoiced?
    Do you use responsiblity centers?
    Filters?
are they sales orders or invoices?
Do you have change log? Take a look at records.

If your orders are completely shipped and invoiced, they will be deleted from the system, that's the way Navision works. You could make it archive them, but that means a little additional development.

If you use responsibility centers, there may be filters on the forms you are looking at, so the orders may be there, you just don't see them. Open the sales header table from the object designer and you will see all of the records.
