How to dowload Business Analytics from the Microsoft Site?

Hi Everybody,

I have problem in downloading the Business Analytics W1 4.0 version from Microsoft site. One of my customer has bought the BA module and also has a valid link provided by microsoft to dowload, but still i cannot download the same. We have contacted Microsoft Customer Service team and still got no reply from them.

Can anybody help me, if incase they have downloaded the same successfully.
