Internal Error 1355 in Module 19

Hi all!
In the late months i get a message: "Internal Error 1355 in Module 19".
It pops up, and the user can not close it.
It is an often phainomenon to the terminal server users.
I have win2003 sp1. But this happened also with Win2000.
I tried to delete the zup file or restart the server, but after some days it happens again.
What might cause that?
