Error with Navision VT100 plugin

Hi all,

a customer has some problems when running Navision VT100 plugin. Sometimes connection between radiofrequency devices and Navision server is lost and the following message is registered on the Windows event log:


Event ID: 110
Source: Navision VT100

No se encuentra la descripcin del Id. de suceso ( 110 ) en el origen ( Navision VT100 Plugin ). Es posible que el equipo local no tenga la informacin de Registro o archivos DLL de mensajes necesarios para mostrar mensajes desde un equipo remoto. La siguiente informacin es par Internal Error in Navision VT100Plugin
Object : frmTCPReply_GetKey
Error No : 5
Description : Invalid procedure call or argument

As you can see, we don't have the correct DLL to interpret the error message. Does anybody can provide us this DLL?
Does anybody know the meaning of this error and how to solve it?
