compressing item ledger entries...

I have been trying to compress item ledger entries it is working fine on demo database where as in production environment it just skips all the ILEs.....I've checked all the filters i'm applying, but in vain.....

please help......

You can only compress entries for years that have been closed. Are prevous years closed?

yes, all the previous years are closed...
