OS for Axapta 3.0

Hi Guys
I want to know which OS is better when it comes to Windows 2003 Platform (windows 2003 Standard Edition or windows 2003 Enterprise edition). Is there a site available where comparison can be seen between 2 OS pertaining to Axapta only. Because no where it has been specified which OS is better and why. And when it comes to cost .. definately windows 2003 enterprise edition is too costly as compared to windows 2003 standard edition.
Scenario is somewhat like this that there are more than 400 concurrent users at peak. Also some replication has to take place too on the sql database. Can any one suggest which OS to be used and which version of SQL server.
