Is it possible to use US license with Danish database and client? DB should not be a problem since it is world-wide, but how about the client?

Is it a developers license?
With my NL developers license I can open a german and a belgian client/database.
As you mentioned it is a w1 database won't be troubled with country specific objects.
If it however fails you can download a US client from PartnerSource or get it from the MiBuSo dvd.0 -
You'll probably be able to open it just fine, unless there are Denmark specific things on the main menu. You won't be able to run any objects in the Danish localized object range.0
