Resizing and view jpg image in report or form

We have a very big jpg image archive (no uniforming size and resolution) and we want use this to do item quotation report or form. We search a application for the convertion from jpg to bmap file and resizing image.

You can't, you first need to convert to BMP, that is what this post is about.

Please try the suggested tools.
