Who can I convert Code data type into Integer?

both, format and evaluate, won't work for this problem.
you will have to program a function, because code-formated fields are able to consist of alphabetic characters instead of numbers.

I've used EVALUATE command without problems.
I tried FORMAT command but only works to convert decimal into code not code into decimal.
