Manufacturing: Cap. Ledg. has negative direct cost

I have set up the following:

Routing of an item:
Work Center with Run Time of 5 minutes
If you look up the work center
Set up Direct Unit Cost, Overhead Rate, and on the Scheduling tab:
UOM = Hours, Capacity = 1.

When I create a new Production Order and post the output journal, the resulting Capacity Ledger Entries contains a negative Direct Unit Cost.

Any ideas?
