Hi everyone,
I’m working with EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) project environments and exploring ways to improve coordination across engineering, procurement, construction, and financial controls. EPC project management often face recurring issues such as cost overruns, schedule delays, slow approvals, fragmented data, and difficulty in tracking real-time progress across teams.
For those who have implemented Dynamics 365, Business Central, or any integrated toolset in EPC workflows:
- How effectively does the system support end-to-end EPC lifecycle management?
- Are there recommended modules, extensions, or customizations you found essential
- How do you handle engineering data inputs (BOQs, drawings), procurement workflows, subcontractor management, and site execution tracking within D365/BC?
I’m looking for practical guidance or real project experiences from members who have used Microsoft solutions in EPC-type implementations.
Thanks for your insights!
