Tenant media Growing Too Large
Hi,
One of my clients' Tenant Media table sizes is growing quickly. The data in this table can be viewed or exported, but records with the MIME Type "application/octet-stream" cannot be read. This kind of record typically takes up a lot of room.
I assume that this record is created in the Tenant Media table when an Excel file is created by a job queue and sent to its recipients via email. How do I confirm the source of it ?
This type doesn't need to be kept in the system at all. I'm curious to know how to do it. Furthermore, I would like to know how to remove this record straight from the tenant media.
Thanks,

it is probably in the "Sent Email" table. You can add that table (and other email tables) to the retention policies to clean them up.
And if you have a lot of "Document Attachment" records, this might help:
