Nav 2016 Client Edit Freezes on Open

Hi all,
I've encountered a weird issue that I'm having trouble resolving and any insights or tips would be useful.
Somewhat recently (I'm unaware of the exact period) we've started experiencing issues whilst using Nav 2016, the issue occurs when navigating from the Customer List into a single customer. What ends up happening is that the window that would contain more information opens however none of the information is shown and the window ends up in a freeze state (loading) where any interaction with the window will result in messages about it not responding.
I've checked the Event Viewer for what could be going on here and have gotten the following error: Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Client.SocialListening;PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35
I've tried following some of the posts I've found online in regards to the issue but the ones I've found were having the same error however for entirely different things.
Whilst my knowledge of Nav 2016 I've checked if SocialListning files were present, they seem to be, I've tried disabling it in Add-Ins but then no error shows up whilst the issue is still near identical (still frozen) and a few other minor things.
Any help would be appreciated!
