Bulk Email Batch Size and Interval sugestions

Hi All
I'm trying to create a codeunit send emails to all customers 2000 , what is the ideal batch size and interval in sec i can try? So Instead of sending all at once I can break into say batch of 30-100 and set a delay between. Anyoine who has played with settings like this. Using MS 0365 email.
