Hi,
We have encountered a peculiar issue with one installation. It's a German BC 20 installation.
From page 13 (Email Editor), the user sends an email. The body content is visible and is an MS Word document. The email is added to the table Email Outbox, sent to the customer, and then moved to the table Sent Email.
The issue is that if the user adds an attachment to the email, the email is sent (including the attachment), but the entry is not moved to the table Sent Email. Instead, the entry in Email Outbox remains in Status Processing.
If no attachment is added, the email gets moved to the table Sent Email.
We don't collect telemetry data, otherwise the codeunit 8888 "Email Dispatcher" could have informed me using the EventID '0000CTM', '0000CTP', and '0000CTB'.
Any input would be welcome. Thank you in advance.
Best regards, Thomas Hviid Thorn

Still in Outbox means its stuck out of some x reason. Attachment type could be an issue. Dis you try attaching a different file type and see the result? Thanks

Thanks for your question.
I have attached word (.docx) and pdf documents. Both only one document, more of the same type and more of different types.
Last test I did, didn't reveal any issues. Everything got send and moved to Sent E-Mail.
So I requested the customer to start using the functionality as usual again.0
