Dynamcis 2018, A user does not see "all" the data.

Hello.
I work with Dynamics 18 and almost 300 users.
I have a user who, while working on their computer, cannot see all the data in a table, only up to a certain line, after which no more data is displayed. However, if they switch to a different computer, they can see everything correctly.
The computer was replaced, and everything seemed fine, but suddenly, the issue reappeared—they can only see certain data, but if they change computer, they can see all of it.
Does anyone have any idea what could be happening to this user?
