Hi,
We are using Business Central 18 Onpremises. In the server, I changed the "Idle Client Timeout to Max Value and "Keep Alive Interval" to 1 hr in Business Central administration. after that restarted the services. But still, the client system is getting a session timeout in 20 minutes. Client accessing ERP by using web browser. How to resolve this issue. Please provide a solution. Thanks.

You still have the IIS session timeout setting that also indicates how long the session is kept alive. Via Session State in the ASP.NET group of the properties of the website.1
