Rendering output for the report failed and the following error occurred: the access path is denied

Hi everyone,
i have a problem sometimes when editing a report with the following error :
"Rendering output for the report failed and the following error occurred: the access path is denied"
the problem is that the error is randomly generated for this ( it fails 1 or 2 times each 30 times when it is generated)
in c:\users\adminuser\appdata\local\temp is the target folder with alll write and read access.
NB:
1-I have 2 servers one for the database and the other is for IIS.
2-adminuser has admin access fro both servers.
3- Business central 21.5
Any solution for this will be welcome.
