[RESOLVED] Job Queue times

I've been working with NAV for over 20 years but have little experience with setting up recurring Job Queue jobs. I'm running into an issue and am trying to understand how the different times should be set. Here's my current situation. I'm not sure why the Default Time Zones were set different.
It's my understanding that the Starting and Ending Time are UTC so they would be 5:45 AM to 10:00 AM local time. The issue is if I set the Earliest Start Date/Time to 11:50 AM for testing the job will run at 11:50 AM even though it's outside of the Starting/Ending Times. Is the Starting/Ending not in UTC? Is it because of the Services Default Time Zone or does that only affect the Earliest Start Date/Time?
Also, if I want the Ending Time to be 11:00 PM local would I set the Ending time to 5:00 AM?
UPDATE: Just restarted the Job queue and the Earliest Start Time reset to 11:45 AM and then ran at 11:45 AM. Looks like the Starting/Ending Time aren't in UTC.
It looks like the Starting and Ending Times are in Local time as well. All the jobs ran today based on all the fields being local time.
- Dynamics NAV is running as a Service Instance. Services Default Time Zone: UTC
- Dynamics NAS is running as a Service Instance. Services Default Time Zone: Server Time Zone
- Job Queue job - Starting Time: 11:45 AM
- Job Queue job - Ending Time: 4:00 PM
- Job Queue job - Earliest Start Date/Time 11:50 AM

Normally times are set in your local time zone. SQL converts and stores it on UTC0
