BC25 Onprem -Cannot Create Company

in NAV Three Tier
Hi
Just installed BC25 OnPrem and Cronus Working without any issue. Went to create a new company and getting an Error like this
Text optimized index cannot be created/queried because the SQL Server Full-Text Search component is not installed. Please install the SQL Server Full-Text Search component and try again
OnPrem
SQL2019 Standard

Server has previous versions and running without any issues. Is this a new requirement? Added SQL Server Full-Text Search feature in SQL Server Installation and tried again still getting the same error. Is a server reboot needed?

    UPDATE:
    When the SQL server rebooted after enabling SQL Server Full-Text Search feature, it is now working. I think it is due to the new Modern search options on pages.

    I know this is an old post…. But…. I'm running into exactly the same problem and restarting SQL Server (and everything else like the IIS server, and anything that said "SQL" in services) did NOT resolve the problem.
    Anyone have any suggestions?
