BC25 Onprem -Cannot Create Company

Hi
Just installed BC25 OnPrem and Cronus Working without any issue. Went to create a new company and getting an Error like this
SQL2019 Standard
Server has previous versions and running without any issues. Is this a new requirement? Added SQL Server Full-Text Search feature in SQL Server Installation and tried again still getting the same error. Is a server reboot needed?

OnPremText optimized index cannot be created/queried because the SQL Server Full-Text Search component is not installed. Please install the SQL Server Full-Text Search component and try again

Answers
When the SQL server rebooted after enabling SQL Server Full-Text Search feature, it is now working. I think it is due to the new Modern search options on pages.
