Create new BC23 on-premise development enviroment

Hello,

I would like to create a new development environment from my BC23 on-premise server instance because the test data is outdated.
Unfortunately, I can't find any instructions on how best to proceed.

I set up the server myself, with the help of the documentation an YouTube. Installing updates (coming from BC21) was also no big problem.
I thought there was a simple documentation, on how to set up a new test environment.
