Error with BC240 Email Setup - Microsoft App Registration

I am running into an issue with email within BC240.
When setting up our Azure Application Registration on the 'Email Microsoft Entra Application Registration' page, I enter our Client ID, found under the Application (client) ID of our App Registration win Microsoft Azure. I also add the Client Secret value, provided when I first created the secret, as well as the Redirect URL to the OAuthLanding.htm page.
When I click the 'Verify Registration' button I am met with the error:
A DotNet variable has not been instantiated. Attempting to call Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Runtime.ALAzureAdCodeGrantFlow.LastErrorMessage in CodeUnit OAuth2Impl: GetLastErrorMessage
I can see that a ClientId, ClientSecret and RedirectURL are being written to [Email - Outlook API Setup$e6328152-bb29-4664-9dae-3bc7eaae1fd8] in our SQL OnPrem Database, but I am unable to get any email addresses to appear under the Current User Account Type when setting up email accounts. This worked properly for me in BC180. The email setup appears very similar but something isn't cooperating.
Can anyone shed some light as to why this might be happening and where I might look to resolve the issue?
Thank you in advance.
